The Genius Loci is a Latin expression that indicates the "essence of the place", its unique and indistinguishable nature. The Genius Loci is an identity bearer. The Genius Loci may be the engine for a new rebirth in which, to the "genius" of individuals who have stayed, who return or who simply go, the "genius" of the place is added.
